1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional time. We will notify you if delays occur.

2. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

  • Canada (nationwide)
  • United States (excluding U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses)
  • India

If you’re outside of these regions, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use trusted shipping partners such as:

  • DHL
  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx (where applicable)

Shipping options (Standard, Expedited, etc.) are shown at checkout along with estimated rates.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: 3–15 business days (depending on province/territory)
  • United States: 5–9 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to weather, customs processing, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Chosen shipping method

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the product or cart page when available.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information. You can use this to track your delivery in real time.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply to re-ship it.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders (including U.S.), customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not control or estimate these fees.
