At Pandey Exports, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Because our products are handcrafted with care, we strive to ensure each item meets the highest standards. Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy below before making a purchase.
1. Refund Policy
We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:
Eligible for Refund:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must not be custom, engraved, or modified.
- Proof of purchase is required (e.g. order number or receipt).
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Used, worn, or damaged items due to misuse.
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Returns requested beyond the 30-day window.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
Processing Time:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
2. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or style, please initiate a return (if eligible), and place a new order separately.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Include photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped.
